You are under no obligation to have any due service once notified from DPPS Ltd.

Our security procedures mean that we may occasionally request proof of identity before we are able to disclose sensitive information to you.
Please note that the information you supply may be transferred outside the European Economic Area for the purposes of processing by PayPalUK. By submitting your details, you consent to this transfer. DPPS Ltd cannot be held responsible for any such transfer once payment details are submitted to PayPalUK.
2. Complaints Procedure
If you have any grievances about DPPS Ltd, we want to hear from you as soon as possible so we can improve our service. Please e-mail us and we'll consider your comments carefully.
3. Returns Policy
DPPS Ltd will only take payment from you on completion of works. Any parts supplied will be under Manufacturers warranty for a period of 12 Months. Works carried out will be warranted for 12 months. Please e-mail gasplus@dpps.co.uk should you have any problems once work is completed. We may require advance payment for goods when placing large orders from third parties.
4. Customer Service
DPPS Limited will at all times provide our highest level of service. Should you feel that this is not the case. WE need to hear from you immediately so that it can be put right. Please call 01752 519235 or e-mail info@dpps.co.uk to report any comments on our service.
5. Declined Card Payments
Any payment offered to DPPS Ltd by Credit or Debit Card that is DECLINED by Card provider will become payable immediately by other means. A service charge may be applied to the account if payment is not made immediately. By offering payment by Credit Card or Debit Card, you agree to these terms.
